My name is Helen Longstaffe, and I have been working as a nanny for nearly 15 years. Following my training at the prestigious Chiltern College in Reading, my first job was caring for newborn triplets.

After two years I moved on to a new job, which started with 2 children aged 3 & 10 months and finished 4.5 years later with 4 children who by that time were 7, 5, 3 and 18 months - the younger 2 were from another family.

In January 1999 I started a job with a new family and have been working with them ever since. I will continue to help them out whenever needed.

Along the way I have helped many friends sort out problems with their children and have developed a reputation for doing so.

I love working with children and have the confidence and ability to get good results with them.
